I would love to work with you to capture beautiful images of your home or a home that you may be selling for a client.
My working territory is primarily in the Willamette Valley surrounding Eugene, but I can also travel to any property within a hundred miles or so when needed.
This slideshow is a collection of sample images from some very ordinary residential homes.
I like to show these because anybody can make great pictures in a Palace, but it’s the average
residential houses that are often the hardest to make look good.

In the boxes above I’ve listed approximately the number of images you’ll get for each size of property.
However, the actual image count is not critical to me.
My goal is to capture every room and every interesting element on the property.
That typically works out to create the image counts listed in the boxes above, but I have no firm rule to it.
That generally works in your favor because it means you will typically get more images
than the numbers above, but it depends on what I find when I get to the property.
I can generally shoot images on one day and have them uploaded to a cloud drive within 48 hours.
If you are an independent realtor I can also create branded pages to host your image gallery,
or even create a whole website for you from start to finish.
