Welcome!

My name is Glen and I would love to be the one you trust to capture the story of your wedding day.

Between the years 2000 to 2012 I worked as a destination wedding photographer based in Eugene Oregon. During that time I traveled the world to shoot over 50 weddings in exotic locations all over the globe. Since 2012 I’ve been on a little “break” from weddings, and if nothing else, these years have shown me how perfect wedding photography fits who I am. Of all the different jobs I’ve had, wedding photography is far the greatest love of my life, and it is the only job I’ve ever had that doesn’t even feel like a job. I guess sometimes you have to get away from something to realize how much you really love it. When I left, I was pretty much in constant travel mode, but I had a young son at home who missed his father more and more as he got older. Combine that with the fact that as much as I love exploring the world, the stress of literally living in the airport, was really getting me down. Even destination weddings can get old when that’s all you do. At last count, I had done 59 of them, and I was burnt!

Fast forward to now:
As of June 2025, that little boy just graduated as a Civil Engineer and we’ve agreed to relocate back to our hometown in Eugene. I’m excited to move back into the world of wedding photography feeling totally refreshed, recharged, and excited to see what’s changed while I was away.

The following slideshow contains some of my favorite images from many different weddings around the world.
If you let the slideshow run for a few minutes you’ll get a good feel for the types of images I enjoy creating.

What sets me apart from other wedding photographers?

To all you new couples out there shopping around in the confusing world of wedding photographers, I would offer this one bit of advice.

The most important things to see from each photographer, is a WHOLE COLLECTION of images from one event.

Why is this important?

A wedding is a long event, so pretty much anybody can capture 10 good images in a 10 hour wedding day.

However, if those 10 images are all they show you in an interview, it can create the impression that this person is an awesome photographer.

The thing that separates the truly awesome photographers from the rest of the pack, is in the quantity of good, solid, well composed images – each one telling a tiny slice of the whole story of the day.

Make sure you like the way your photographer captures the story.

The following video slideshows each presents one wedding from start to finish. Of course I don’t include ALL of the pics from that wedding because there are often thousands of them, but these are the ones that tell the story and you can judge for yourself if you think I’ve captured it or not.

I’m showing these particular weddings because I shot them by myself, with no assistants.

This should give you a really good view of the style and the depth of the stories I create on a wedding day.
